Clear Cache Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Clear Cache Plus offers a free 7-day trial for new users. During this trial period, you can access all the features of Clear Cache Plus without any charge. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically subscribed to the paid plan unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
2. Subscription Payments
All Clear Cache Plus subscriptions are prepaid flat fees. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before confirming the payment.
3. Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchase a Clear Cache Plus license, please contact support within 24 hours of the purchase at https://clearcache.io/support. While we do not guarantee a refund for accidental purchases, we will review each case individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or subscription cancellation.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your Clear Cache Plus subscription, you will continue to have access to the Plus features until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription.
5. Refund Limitations
Refunds will not be provided for completed payments, except in the case of accidental purchases as described above. There is no limit on the number of refunds a user can request, but each request will be carefully reviewed, and refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the Clear Cache developer.

7. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means Paddle processes all payments, handles refunds, and is responsible for all transaction-related matters. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please note that Paddle collects certain information, including your name, email address, country of residence, and zip/postal code, which is necessary for processing payments and handling refunds.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe that a charge on your account is unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net/ to file a dispute. Paddle will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund if the dispute is deemed valid.
